Welcome to the VGH page.  Please note that both the line insertion form and the intubation form are now integrated into the electronic charting system.

To log onto the system, please log into the "icuteam" account, and go to the "G" drive.

Keep checking back to this page for a user's guide and FAQ which we are currently working on.
